Kristen Clark and Jordan Evers, both of Royal Oak, Mich., were united in marriage Sept. 29 at Most Holy Trinity Church in Detroit. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Ryan Adams. An evening reception took place at the Royal Oak Farmers Market.

Jeff and Danielle Clark of Poland are the parents of the bride.

The groom is a son of Roger Evers and Karen Evers, both of Celina.

The bride wore an ivory, lace mermaid-style gown with a sweetheart neckline that was adorned with pearls and beads. A cathedral-length veil, accented by Swarovski crystals and pearl details, completed the ensemble.

Alyssa Geohagan, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor, and Blair Schwartz served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Brittany Eshenbaugh, April Brenner and Erica Boose.

The attendants wore blush-colored dresses.

Justin Evers, brother of the groom, held the responsibilities of best man. Matt Wenning , Gabe James, Greg Norris and Andrew Dennison were the groomsmen. The ushers were Sascha Hirrle and Kole Highley.

Mrs. Evers graduated from Mercy College of Ohio with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is studying toward a master’s degree at the University of Cincinnati. She is a registered nurse at Beaumont Health in Royal Oak.

Her husband graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in business admin-istration and is studying for a master’s degree. He is a procurement commodity specialist for Adient in Plymouth, Mich.

The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and live in Royal Oak.
