One man injured in Howland shooting

HOWLAND — A shooting in Howland about 2 a.m. on Christmas Day left one person hospitalized, according to 21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner.

According to the 911 dispatch call, there was a fight between two men on the 1000 block of Rosewood Drive in the township.

One man was shot in the hand and it was unknown who shot the gun during the argument.

The victim was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital.

The condition of the victim is unknown and it also is unknown whether police have a suspect.

Police are still investigating the shooting.
