Man shot in neck on Seneca Avenue

YOUNGSTOWN — Detectives are investigating after a man was shot in the neck about 11 p.m. Sunday on Seneca Avenue.

Police were called to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, where someone had dropped the victim off after he was found on a sidewalk.

Investigators said today they do not have much information and they can not speak to the victim because of his condition.
