Pasta dinner benefit set

A pasta dinner benefit will take place from noon to 6 p.m. Jan. 19 at the Weathersfield Fire Department, 3588 Main St., for Jack Hacon who was recently diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer.

Hacon worked as a specialist on bowling machines. He was the sole financial supporter of his household and is unable to continue to work. Cost is $10 for adults and $6 for children. Grab & Go craft

The Austintown Public Library, 600 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown; the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, 305 Wick Ave., Youngstown; and the Tri-Lakes Library, 13820 Mahoning Ave., North Jackson, will have crafts available for children of all ages during normal library hours throughout this month.
