Furlong-Farran engagement is made known

The engagement of Rachel Furlong and Jacob Farran, both of the Dayton area, is being announced by their parents, Chris and Lisa Farran of Canfield, Dawn Furlong of Dayton and Greg and Collette Furlong of Oxford, Mich.

June 22, 2019, has been chosen for the couple’s wedding to take place at Lake Lyndsay in Hamilton. A reception will follow at the lake. Invitations will be extended for both events.

Miss Furlong holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Dayton and is a first-grade teacher at Bishop Leibold School in Dayton.

A graduate of Cedarville University with a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science and a doctor of pharmacy degree, Mr. Farran is employed at Kettering Medical Center as an inpatient pharmacist.
