Celeste Julian, Sam DeToro to marry Dec. 21

YOUNGSTOWN

Jean and Vincent Julian of Youngstown are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Celeste Julian, to Sam DeToro, both of Youngstown.

Mr. DeToro is a son of Georgia Porada and Christopher DeToro, both of Poland.

The ceremony will take place at 4 p.m. Dec. 21 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Youngstown with a reception to follow. Invitations have been issued for both events.

The bride-elect graduated from Raphael’s School of Beauty with a degree in advanced cosmetology. She is a stylist for Regis in Boardman.

The prospective groom works at the Salvation Army in Boardman and is pursuing a degree in massage therapy at Raphael’s School of Beauty.
