League crowns Miss Cinderella 2018
BOARDMAN
The Junior Civic League of Youngstown recently crowned Kaia Joi Anderson Miss Cinderella 2018 during its 63rd annual Cinderella Ball at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Hall in Boardman.
