Autumn date set by Emily Mogg, Kevin Chapel

Announcement of the engagement of Emily Mogg and Kevin Chapel, both of Boardman, is being made by their parents, David and Jill Mogg of Hubbard and Kenneth and Debra Chapel of Youngstown.

The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. Oct. 19 at St. Patrick Church in Hubbard, and a reception will follow that evening at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard. Invitations will be extended for both events.

Miss Mogg graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in general studies and a master’s degree in criminal justice. She is the deputy clerk of courts for the Mahoning County Juvenile Court in Youngstown.

A graduate of YSU with a bachelor’s degree in general studies and an associate degree in criminal justice, Mr. Chapel is employed at YSU.
