The Nicastros celebrate with vacation to Italy

Mr. and Mrs. John Nicastro of Canfield recently marked their 50th anniversary with their family at Steamers Stonewall Tavern in North Lima. They are planning a vacation to Italy to further celebrate the occasion.

The dinner was hosted by the couples’ children, Elyce Ervin of Sylvania, Jason Nicastro of Canfield and Lee (Lyndsey) Nicastro, also of Canfield. The couple also have three grandchildren.

Mr. Nicastro married the former Sharon Hoza on July 26, 1968, at St. Mary Church in Warren.

Mrs. Nicastro was a teacher for the Diocese of Youngstown in Austintown until she retired in 2013 and is a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority.

Her husband is the owner of Credit Mart Auto in Youngstown.

The Nicastros are members of St. Joseph Church in Austintown.
