TCHS, museum seek photos for exhibit

WARREN

The Trumbull County Historical Society and the Sutliff Museum are seeking historic photographs of the city to include in “Warren: Then and Now,” a joint exhibit that will open this fall during Warren Homecoming weekend. The exhibit is part of a larger grant that the two organizations received through The Raymond John Wean Foundation’s Neighborhood SUCCESS program and will open in the Shortcut Gallery downtown. The exhibit will pair 25 historic photographs of Warren with a photograph of that view today. All of the photographs will be chosen through resident submissions. An internal review committee will then select the top 25 for inclusion in the exhibit. To submit a photo, email the photograph, the date of the photograph (if known) and a one-sentence description to Meghan@trumbullcountyhistory.org. The deadline to submit is Friday Aug. 24.
