“Whistleblower” (10 p.m., CBS): Tonight’s new episode of this docu-series that looks at heroic people who expose wrongdoers focuses on the case against Second Chance Body Armor.

Buckingham to play at theater

Art exhibition at JCC gallery

YOUNGSTOWN

An exhibition of works by artist Charles “Bud” Gibbons will open Thursday at the Jewish Community Center’s gallery, 55 Gypsy Lane.

An opening reception will take place that day from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Gibbons is a highly accomplished painter and professor emeritus at Penn State University, New Kensington campus.

His work is held in various private collections and represented in public collections across the country and internationally.

The exhibition will feature works ranging from large-scale landscapes, plein air palette knife works, figurative works and still lifes.

The exhibition will remain on display at the gallery through Oct. 11.
