Forum set on drug epidemic at Covelli

The Community Initiative to Reduce Violence and Now Youngstown will host Fighting Together, a joint effort to fight the area’s drug epidemic by restoring the family unit and rebuilding the community, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Covelli Centre, 229 E. Front St.

The event will include free food, giveaways, children’s games, live music and more. Groceries will be provided for the first 1,500 participants with proper identification.
