New city municipal court facility open for business

YOUNGSTOWN — The new city municipal court facility is open for business.

Court was held today in all three courtrooms and no major problems were reported.

The new building is in the City Hall Annex on Front Street, which underwent a more than $9 million renovation to house the court.

The city health department will also be moving into the new building and the clerk of courts staff is in the process of moving to the new building as well.
