Warren authorities search for 5-year-old abducted by grandmother

WARREN

Warren police are searching for a 5-year-old boy from Warren, Isaiah Howard, who was allegedly abducted by his grandmother, Loretta Dorsey.

Isaiah is in need of medication and is known to be a severe asthmatic.

Dorsey and Howard’s last known location was along Interstate 90 west of Cleveland. Isaiah is black, 3’5”, with black hair, brown eyes, and weighing approximately 43 pounds.
