Warren Civic unveils Packard hall concerts

Warren Civic Music Association’s 2018-19 season will include a salute to Neil Diamond, a rising country band and even some Spanish guitar.
All six shows are at Packard Music Hall, 1703 Mahoning Ave. NW, and start at 8 p.m. Season tickets are $92 ($102 after May 31) for adults, and $40 ($45 after May 31) for youths. All shows are open seating. To order, call 330-399-4885 or go to WarrenCivicMusic.com.
Tickets for individual shows will go on sale at a future date.
Here is the lineup:
Sept. 12: Neil Berg’s 50 Years of Rock and Roll. A five-person band will trace the arrival of rock’n’roll from its earliest roots in the 1930s up to 1981.
Oct. 16: A Neil Diamond Tribute. Singer Keith Allynn captures the songs and style of a Diamond performance.
Nov. 13: Farewell Angelina: This rising all-female country music quartet has garnered notice from Rolling Stone magazine.
Dec. 5: Andy Cooney “Irish Christmas.” This charismatic tenor will be backed by Irish dancers and an ensemble.
March 19: Benise: Fuego! This act offers a visual and sonic take on fiery Spanish guitar and dance.
April 30, 2019: Louis Prima Jr. and the Witnesses: A lively horn-based big band.
