Youngstown cops use naxolone to revive Boardman man

YOUNGSTOWN — Police said the driver of a car that ran into a utility pole about 9:55 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Bears Den Road on the West Side had to be revived with the opiate antidote naloxone

The driver, Anthony Passaro, of Boardman, told officers he had taken heroin just before the accident, reports said.

Passaro was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and issued a citation. He was arraigned today in municipal court and remains free on bail pending a May 29 pretrial.
