Kool and the Gang coming to Stambaugh Auditorium

YOUNGSTOWN — Kool & the Gang will come to Stambaugh Auditorium on Aug. 10 for an 8 p.m. concert.

The funk and R&B legends, founded by Robert Bell, who was born in Youngstown, has produced hit songs such as “Celebration,” “Jungle Boogie” and “Open Sesame,” and has earned two Grammy awards.
