Top Hat Productions trustee visits Rotary

Struthers Rotary Club recently welcomed Rachell Joy, above, trustee of Top Hat Productions, as guest speaker for its March meeting. Joy is a performer, resident designer and makeup artist for Top Hat Productions. Joy was awarded the 2009 Positive Image Award by the North Eastern Ohio Education Association, and received the “Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteer Service” issued by former President Barack Obama in 2015. Top Hat is operated by volunteers to help children with special needs and entertainment interest gain experience in all aspects of staging a production.
