“Community Connection” (Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on 21 WFMJ-TV, and 11 a.m. on WBCB-TV): Juanita Thompson, winner of the Youngstown Business Incubator WE Grant, will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss a symposium for women leaders in the Valley.
Next, Mark Mellott and Steve Burbrink will encourage men to take a stand against prostate cancer by presenting “Stand UP for Man UP,” a comedy show to create community awareness.
Finally, Linda Poindexter and Priscilla Baldwin of the New Bethel Baptist Church Hospitality Committee will discuss the annual Hat Extravaganza.

George Clinton coming to Packard
WARREN
George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic will come to Packard Music Hall, 1703 Mahoning Ave., on July 21 for an 8 p.m. concert.
The concert is dubbed Party on the P-Funk Patio, and will include happy hour specials, food trucks and more. Tickets are $29.50, $39.50 and $59.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000 and at the Packard box office.
The act last played the Valley in 2016, at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown.
