Youngstown firefighters put out South Side blaze

YOUNGSTOWN — Firefighters have put out a fire in the basement of a 102 E. Philadelphia Ave. apartment building on the South Side this afternoon.

A woman in a wheelchair was taken out by firefighters shortly after they arrived. There were no injuries.
