Struthers councilman must apologize to council clerk

STRUTHERS — City council passed a motion with a 4-2 vote during a special meeting tonight requiring Councilman-at-large Michael Patrick to attend anger management counseling an to apologize publicly to Megan Shorthouse, the clerk of council, for harassing her after a council meeting last month.

He will also have to abstain from any vote involving Shorthouse.
