Man faces drug charges after Tuesday traffic stop

YOUNGSTOWN — Reports said police found heroin and crack cocaine in the false compartment of a hair brush during a traffic stop about 9:20 p.m. Tuesday at East Judson Avenue and Southern Boulevard.

The driver of the car, Rodrick Jackson, 32, of West Ravenwood Avenue, was pulled over for an improper turn and gave police permission to search his car.

Jackson was booked into the Mahoning County jail. He is expected to be arraigned later today in municipal court.
