Youngstown council's CDA committee meets Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown City Council's Community Development Agency Committee meets at 5 p.m. Thursday in council's caucus room, sixth floor, City Hall, 26 S. Phelps St.

The public meeting will include discussion of the Community Development Block Grant budget for this year.
