Struthers law director recommends internal investigation into harassment complaint

Struthers Law Director John Zomoida recommended an internal investigation into a harassment complaint made by Megan Shorthouse, the clerk of council, against Councilman-at-large Michael Patrick. The recommendation was made during a council caucus session ahead of Wednesday's general meeting. He also said the city would need to implement  new policies and procedures for dealing with similar issues in the future.
