Canfield schools host Family Literacy Night tonight

CANFIELD — The Canfield School District is hosting a Family Literacy Night for families from 6 to 7:30 p.m. tonight at C.H. Campbell Elementary School.

The evening begins with an informative glimpse into the instructional practices that form the curriculum with a visit to a classroom to see them in action.

The families will then partner with their children in literacy games and experiences in two pre-selected stations.

Some examples of the stations are: Make-it Take-it word games, Jeopardy (based on the standards) and Book Tasting.
