State Route 7 in Columbiana County restricted for slide-repair work

Beginning Monday, state Route 7 will be restricted between Wellsville and East Liverpool in Columbiana County for a slide-repair project.

One, 12-foot lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction.

Shelly & Sands Inc. of Columbus is the contractor for the $2.4 million project. The completion date is Oct. 31.
