UPDATE | Roads reopened after Tuesday night flooding

The Ohio Department of Transportation reports these roads have reopened in Mahoning County after heavy flooding Tuesday night:

State Route 711 southbound to Interstate 680 northbound in Youngstown.

State Route 165 between U.S. Route 62 and state Route 46 in Green Township.
