YOUNGSTOWN

Reports said officers found a homeless man suspected of breaking into an East Midlothian Boulevard apartment Tuesday afternoon hiding underneath a pile of rubbish.

JaQuayntae Wilburn, 22, was booked into the Mahoning County jail on charges of burglary and obstructing official business.

Officers Mark Sember and Derrick Rivers were called about 2:55 p.m. to the apartment, where a landlord told them he saw Wilburn’s arm and head through an open window, then Wilburn ran away.

Police found Wilburn on Clarencedale Avenue and he ran from them until he was found under a pile of rubbish behind a home in the 3000 block of Erie Street.
