Struthers Rotary Club presents donation

Responding to a solicitation for donations to the Struthers School Foundation for Educational Excellence, the Struthers Rotary Club elected to present a $1,000 donation to assist with educational efforts. Over the past two years, the foundation has funded more than $40,000 in new educational opportunities, including an entrepreneurship program for grades 7 to 12, a media arts program for the high school that included the re-opening of the on-site radio broadcasting station and a robotics program at the high school that includes participation in robotics competitions.
