Second suspect in custody in parking lot shooting case

YOUNGSTOWN

The second of three people wanted for wounding a man last month in the parking lot of a North Side bar has turned himself in to authorities.

Brandon Ravnell, 30, surrendered at the Adult Parole Authority and was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals, a spokesman for the marshals said.

Ravnell is one of three men charged in the shooting, which happened after a fight inside the Club Vortex, 611 Belmont Ave., moved into the parking lot.

A third person, Carl Fleeton, 20, is still being sought. The other suspect, Lavell Collins, 20, was caught last week and was arraigned in municpal court.
