Pa. man to be arraigned today on drug charges

YOUNGSTOWN — A Carlisle, Pa., man is expected to be arraigned in municipal court later today after reports said officers found cocaine Friday in his car during a traffic stop.

Reports said officers pulled over a car driven by Frank Robinson III, 30, about 8:35 p.m. at St. Louis Avenue and Hillman Street for running a stop sign. Robinson has a suspended license and he also appeared to be very nervous, reports said.

Reports said when police searched the car they found a large bag of powder cocaine that was concealed in a folded up pair of pants.
