YSU dominates clock to beat SDSU

Youngstown State is nearing the top of the FCS heap after defeating South Dakota State, 19-7.

The Penguins dominated time of possession, spending 45:14 with the ball. Tevin McCaster finished the game with 183 rushing yards and a touchdown.

Zak Kennedy booted a 24-yard field goal in the fourth quarter.
