Girard 3rd Ward councilman resigns

GIRARD

Keith Schubert has resigned as 3rd ward city councilman. 

Schubert resigned because he moved to a new home outside of the 3rd ward. 

He said he intends to run for council again in the future. Schubert was councilman for 21 months.
