ODOT projects in Mahoning, Trumbull counties next week

The Ohio Department of Transportation announced road-improvement projects scheduled to begin next week in Mahoning and Trumbull counties.

In Mahoning County, beginning Monday, 12th Street between West Pine Lake Road and the Columbiana County line in Sebring will have lane restrictions for resurfacing.

The $400,000 project is scheduled to be completed by late October.

In Trumbull County, U.S. Route 422 west of Logan Street in Warren will be reduced to one lane through early October for guardrail repairs and replacements.

The ramp from Interstate 80 eastbound to U.S. Route 62 in Hubbard and Brookfield townships will be closed from Monday morning to Thursday evening. The ramp from Route 62 to Interstate 80 westbound will be closed from Thursday evening to the evening of Oct. 1. Detours will be posted.
