Warren police investigating Sunday shooting of city man

WARREN — A 32-year-old city man reported being shot in the leg as he walked along Douglas Street Northeast after leaving a North Park Avenue tavern at 2 a.m. Sunday.

The man said he heard a shot as he was walking but didn’t know he’d been shot until he got inside the car. The man’s girlfriend dropped him off for treatment at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
