“RUNNING WILD WITH BEAR GRYLLS” (10 p.m., NBC): In the season premiere, Bear and Hollywood sweetheart Vanessa Hudgens rappel from a helicopter, evade a boulder avalanche, summit a massive dormant volcano and come face-to-face with a rattlesnake, which makes for a cringe-worthy dinner.
