Tara Yacovone of Mineral Ridge and Brad Ward of Newton Falls were united in marriage April 29 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Youngstown. The reception followed at the Maronite Center.
The bride’s parents are Steve and Renee Yacovone of Mineral Ridge.
The groom’s parents are Larry and Sandy Ward of Mineral Ridge, and Carol and Greg Murphy of Marlborough, Conn.
Mrs. Ward graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and works for the Summa Health System in Akron as a Registered Nurse.
Mr. Ward graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in civil engineering. He works for Competitive Interiors in Ravenna as a project manager and estimator.
The bride’s gown featured a lace overlay with crystal beading.
Alexa Diana, cousin of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kate Hughes; Jenna and Alyssa Yacovone, cousins of the bride; Alayna Rozzi, cousin of the bride; Courtney Skiva; and Olivia Hayslett. Brynn Biddlestone was the flower girl.
The attendants wore navy blue dresses.
Frank Messuri served as best man. Groomsmen were JT Secrest; Alex Draper; Mike Buckner; Steve Yacovone, brother of the bride; Seann Carsolo; Ryan Ward, cousin of the groom; and Andrew Whitner.
The couple reside in Newton Falls.
