Specialty Pipe & Tube Inc., Mineral Ridge, a leading distributor of large-diameter, heavy-wall carbon steel pipe and mechanical tubing, recently announced several promotions in its sales and purchasing departments.

Ron Lenhart is now vice president of business development/purchasing. Lenhart, formerly sales/business development since joining the company in 2015, is responsible for further developing Specialty’s customer base and finding new cost-effective worldwide resources for large-diameter, heavy-wall steel pipe and tubing.

Mark McAllister is now sales manager. McCallister, who previously handled inside sales and served as quality assurance and safety manager, will manage activities of the inside and outside sales groups, and continue to oversee quality assurance and safety.

Lauri Gill is now purchasing manager and sales representative. Gill, who has more than 15 years of sales experience at Specialty, adds oversight of purchasing activities to her responsibilities.

Lenhart, McCallister and Gill will each share responsibilities previously handled by former vice president Ron Granato, who retired earlier this year after 48 years with the company.

Bryan Danks, accounting manager and sales representative, and Molly Klasovsky and Tyler Crozier, sales representatives, round out Specialty’s sales and purchasing teams.

HIRED

Home Savings hired Brandon Dauer as assistant vice president, commercial relationship manager serving the Stark and Summit county markets.

Dauer will focus on the development and growth of the bank’s commercial loan portfolio. He will be partnering with customers to provide customized solutions for their business and creating new business relationships. Dauer has experience in the market and is committed to the growth of the region.
