Historical Society hosts program on architects

The Salem Historical Society invites the public to its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Salem Kent State Center auditorium, 230 N. Lincoln Ave. The program, “Architecture of Charles Henry and Charles Frederick Owsley” will be presented in recognition of the buildings’s 100th anniversary.

During September, the museum and gift shop, 239 S. Lundy, is open from 9 a.m. to noon Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Tours are by appointment. Call 330-337-8514.
