ODOT begins ditch cleaning in Lowellville on Monday

LOWELLVILLE — The Ohio Department of Transportation will be cleaning ditches on state Route 289 on Monday, Tuesday and possibly from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. During those times, traffic from Hubbard Road to Struthers will be reduced to one lane.
