State Route 289 shutdowns begin Monday

LOWELLVILLE

Traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions at state Route 289 in Lowellville from Struthers Road to Hubbard Road beginning Monday according to a notice from the village of Liberty’s village administrator Richard Day.

The shut down is a result of an Ohio Department of Transportation effort to clean ditches out along the highway.
