Trumbull elections board certifies write-in candidates for November election

WARREN — The Trumbull County Board of Elections has certified the list of people who filed as write-in candidates to be eligible to receive votes on the general election ballot Nov. 7.

Among them are Patrick Layshock, former Newton Falls mayor, who filed to be a write-in for council at large.
