YSU, Pitt in overtime

PITTSBURGH — Youngstown State rallied from a 21-0 halftime deficit to tie Pittsbugh late in the fourth quarter and the Penguins went into overtime tied at 21 when the Panthers missed a 38-yard field goal on the last play of regulation today at Heinz Field.
