Jeffrey Holmes had nine saves for Boardman. The Cardinals’ Justin Montazeri scored two goals and Brendon Mauer and RJ Thomas each had one. Sam Accordino made two assists and Alex Simone had one. Canfield’s Jad Jadalla made eight saves.

Matt Slepski scored both goals for Poland, with one assisted by Brennan Testa. Hubbard’s Zac Restater scored one goal and Alex Sinopoli scored the second off a pass from Mike Van Such. Rhys Jones made seven saves for the Bulldogs and Anthony Corrin made eight for the Eagles.

BELOIT

Luke Johnson, David Sutton and Griff Lough all scored one goal for West Branch. Lough had two assists. Jared Butler made five saves.

Jonah Weisman had two goals as Howland rolled over Fitch. Francis Cesta, Matt Seem, and Giuseppe Musumeci also found the net for the Tigers.

Kaylin Burkey led the Spartans with 17 kills and 26 digs. Ashley Clark added 15 kills, 20 digs and two aces and Raegan Burkey dished 45 assists. No stats were reported for Hubbard.

Faith Grant had 16 kills, 10 service points, five aces, two blocks and six digs for Howland (2-1). Kathryn Summerfield had 25 assists and three aces and Julia Gray had 10 service points and 12 digs for Howland. For Girard, Natalie Pallone had nine kills, eight service points, two aces, fiveblocks and eight digs. Raegan Cochran had four assists, six service points and one ace and Kacie Spina had four kills for the Indians (1-3).
