Woman gets 6-month jail term for her role in Poland Burger King robbery

YOUNGSTOWN — Angelle Schneider, 20, of Youngstown, will serve six months in jail for her role in the April robbery of the Poland Burger King.

The jail sentence is a condition of five years’ probation.

Schneider, who worked at the Burger King, left the drive-thru window open on April 3. Three males came through the window shortly after midnight brandishing what appeared to be guns, prosecutors said. They ordered employees to the ground and tied up Schneider and another employee in the cooler.

Two other defendants, Dominic DePaul, 19, of Lake Milton, and Jonathon Daviduk, 20, of Youngstown received four-year prison sentences.

Jeremy Britton, 17, was charged in juvenile court for his role in the robbery and for escaping the Martin P. Joyce Juvenile Center in April.

Schneider helped investigators identify her co-defendants, prosecutors said.

All three adult defendants said they were under the influence of drugs at the time of the robbery.
