YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge denied a man’s motion to withdraw his guilty plea and sentenced him to four years for his role in the April robbery of the Poland Burger King.

Jonathon Daviduk, 20, is the second man to be sentenced for the robbery in which three males came through the drive-thru window shortly after midnight brandishing what appeared to be guns.

They ordered employees to the ground and tied up two employees in the cooler, police said.

Dominic DePaul, 19, also received four years. Angelle Schneider, 20, who worked at the Burger King, will be sentenced later today.

Jeremy Britton, 17, faces charges in juvenile court for his role in the robbery as well as escaping the Martin P. Joyce Juvenile Justice Center in April.
