Handel’s offers Halloween treat Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream & Yogurt has a Halloween treat for customers: all single scoop cones or dishes will be $1 for customers in costume.

Participating locations in Mahoning and Trumbull counties will offer the treat from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday

Youngstown-born Handel’s has 39 locations in eight states.
