Shannon McBride and Kevin Marstellar were joined in marriage July 8, 2017, at Christman Memorial Hall in Stambaugh Auditorium. The Rev. Rick Enlow officiated.

Cimineros Banquet Centre in Niles was the site of the reception, and the couple traveled to Hawaii for their honeymoon.

She is the daughter of Richard and Kathy McBride of Austintown and Deborah and Richard Basinger of Poland.

The groom is the son of Keith and Pam Marstellar of Austintown.

The bride wore a tulle ball gown with an illusion neckline and floral lace and pearl detail along with a cathedral-length veil trimmed with matching floral lace.

Hayley Lombardo was the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids were Katie Gonzalez, Liana Merrick, Sarah Moehrman, Janet Ford, Danielle Zimmerman, Kelcie Virostek, Alayna Turillo and Mira Basinger. The attendants’ dresses were a shade of mint.

Tyler Vitullo was best man, and the groomsmen were Ryan McBride, Ryan Ferguson, Matt Virostek, Matt Nypaver, Ken Burns and Kurt Shambaugh. Josh Clasen, Jake Clasen, Derek Basinger and Alex Basinger served as ushers.

The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with bachelor’s degrees in music education and early-childhood education. She is an elementary music teacher.

Mr. Marstellar also graduated from YSU with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He is employed as an electrical engineer.
