Petrina Morocco and Joseph Antonucci, both of Poland, exchanged wedding vows during a July 1 ceremony officiated by Msgr. William Connell at Holy Family Church in Poland.

The reception took place at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center in Boardman. The couple took a wedding tour to Detroit, Milwaukee, St. Louis and Chicago.

The bride is a daughter of Samuel and Marie Morocco, and the groom is a son of Joseph P. and Rosemary Antonucci, all of Poland.

The bride’s gown was made of ivory tulle with a rose gold underlay and silver appliques.

Genna Morocco was maid of honor for her sister, and Kaylene Evans was matron of honor. They wore navy dresses.

Sharing the duties of best man were Vince Antonucci, the groom’s brother, and Joe Simko.

Mrs. Antonucci graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in management. She is employed as a stylist at Sin Pretty in Boardman.

Mr. Antonucci graduated from Muskingum University with a bachelor’s degree in history. He is a career-based intervention teacher, an assistant football coach and the head coach for the boy’s track team at Springfield Local High School.
