Irish tenor Emmet Cahill, one of the lead singers of Celtic Thunder, will make a return appearance to the Mahoning Valley on Dec. 21 when he performs at St. Columba Cathedral on West Rayen Avenue.

Cahill will perform a combination of Irish music, Christmas carols and church hymns at the 8 p.m. show. Tickets are $55 (VIP meet and greet, limited to 100 people), $45 and $35; call the St. Columba rectory at 330-744-5233, or go to ticketleap.com.

Cahill last played in the Valley in December 2016.

His debut solo album, “Emmet Cahill’s Ireland,” was released early this year and immediately reached the top spot on Billboard’s World Music chart.
